About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Credit Insurance Specialist to join our team at Aston Charles Ltd. As a Credit Insurance Specialist, you will play a key role in assisting our Credit Insurance Account Executives and Directors in the day-to-day management of their client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Manage a portfolio of clients across various sectors, including blue and white collar industries, and range from SMEs to multi-million-pound turnover companies with complex supply chains.
- Credit Limit Enquiries: Deal with credit limit enquiries and other ad hoc questions about policy coverage from clients.
- Insurance Liaison: Liaise with insurers regarding credit limit applications, both by phone and online systems.
- Negotiation: Negotiate with Underwriters to secure clients the most comprehensive levels of cover at competitive premiums.
- Policy Administration: Undertake various policy administration tasks, including creating management information, taking notification of claims, preparing reports, and imputing information onto spreadsheets.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or a related field.
