We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Office Coordinator to join a reputable organization. This role is essential in supporting the operational efficiency of our team.

Our client is a well-established firm that specializes in providing comprehensive services across various sectors, including public, residential, commercial, and private domains.

Role Overview:
The Office Coordinator will play a pivotal role in assisting the team with various administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating routine maintenance schedules for clients.
  • Arranging urgent service calls as needed.
  • Managing the schedules of engineers.
  • Handling incoming communications, both calls and emails.
  • Performing general administrative duties.
  • Providing clients with quotations for necessary repairs.
  • Processing purchase orders and managing material orders.

Working Hours:
