Exciting Opportunity for a Helpdesk & Property Coordinator / Administrator
About the Company:
Recruitment Helpline is a well-established company providing a range of services for various industries.
We are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk / Property Coordinator to join our busy team.
The successful candidate will be assisting the helpdesk team with scheduling routine maintenances for contract clients, arranging re-active call outs, managing engineers' diaries, dealing with customer inquiries, general administration, providing quotations to clients for remedial works, raising purchase orders and ordering materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the helpdesk team with scheduling routine maintenances and re-active call outs
- Manage engineers' diaries and coordinate their schedules
- Deal with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
- Provide quotations to clients for remedial works and raise purchase orders
- Order materials and supplies as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar position is preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
