**Customer Service Representative - Property & Lettings**
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our highly regarded client as a full time Customer Service Manager at their Langley, Berkshire, property sales and lettings office.

**The Role**
A client facing role in our client’s busy sales & lettings office, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer experience to property sellers, landlords, tenants, buyers, house hunters and the various stakeholders they regularly engage with such as surveyors, mortgage lenders, property maintenance providers and conveyancers, in order to ensure that our client maintain an exceptional customer service experience at all times.
General Duties:
- Establish and handle the needs of prospective buyers/sellers/tenants/landlords
- Understand and explain the various buyer/seller, tenant/landlord process as required
- Maintain and up date as appropriate own knowledge of currently available properties
- Undertake property matching for prospective tenants as required
- Producing appropriate administrative paperwork to support the sales/rental process
- Undertaking regular process reviews and updates of existing live references and giving feedback / updates as appropriate to landlords and prospective tenants.
- Coordinate rental/sales valuations with the internal team
- Arrange appointments for prospective tenants/buyers to view properties
- Using the companies’ management software to produce appropriate tenancy agreements and associated documentation.
- Comply with requirements of tenant deposit schemes
- Be aware of opportunities to promote other services to help the growth of the business
- Build positive relationships with customers that will help increase sales and brand value
- Travel to various properties to carry out inspections, support check-ins, deliver keys, meet tradespeople, surveyors, take photographs etc.
You will need:
- A passion for property & people
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, helpful disposition and a desire to genuinely provide outstanding customer service
- Previous experience of working in estate agency or a customer service driven sales environment
- A natural ability to organise a busy workload
- Good IT literacy, familiar with Outlook, Word and Excel
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Problem solving abilities with a good and appropriate use of initiative
- To maintain an enthusiastic & high energy approach to work.

Hours: 8.45am to 6pm Monday - Friday (some flexibility may be offered)
Job Location: Langley, Berkshire (M4 Junction 5)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Basic Salary from £25,0000 to £30,000 per annum depending on experience
