Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing clinical correspondence and prioritizing tasks for the General Practitioner
  • Extracting relevant data from medical letters for coding purposes
  • Scheduling appointments, referrals, diagnostic tests, and follow-up visits
  • Preparing patients for consultations with the General Practitioner
  • Completing necessary documentation for General Practitioner endorsement
  • Clarifying treatment processes to patients
  • Coordinating with external organizations for General Practitioner consultations
  • Assisting the General Practitioner with immunization programs and wound management
