Core Responsibilities of an Event Coordinator:

  • Collaborate with the Engagement Director to design engaging and impactful activity schedules.
  • Promote a collaborative approach to Engagement and Wellbeing, in line with the Harmony activity framework.
  • Organize and implement activities during your scheduled hours, ensuring that resources and settings are appropriate.
  • Consult with the Engagement Director to request any additional materials required.
  • Offer support and companionship during events.
  • Identify and organize activities based on residents' unique interests.

Required Skills, Attributes, and Experience for our Event Coordinator:
