Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Coordinator to join our team at Total Facilities Recruitment Limited. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver a premium service by warmly welcoming clients and guests.
  2. Ensure all incoming communications, including calls and emails, are handled efficiently and professionally.
  3. Address inquiries from clients and guests, assisting in resolving any issues that may arise.
  4. Manage visitor sign-ins and provide clear directions within the facility.
  5. Guide clients and guests to available workspaces and meeting areas.
  6. Coordinate the booking, preparation, and tidying of meeting rooms.
  7. Report relevant information and concerns to the Front of House Manager and the Facilities Management team.
  8. Maintain a pristine front of house environment, including restocking kitchen supplies and ensuring cleanliness.
  9. Foster positive relationships with all clients within the facility.

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in sectors such as hospitality, corporate services, or events.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality service consistently.
  • A friendly, professional demeanor with a vibrant personality.
  • Impeccable personal presentation, including appropriate business attire.
