Job Summary:

IQVIA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Sales Specialist to join our team in the UK. As a Clinical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for increasing the adoption of innovative wound closure solutions among surgeons and the wider theatre team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-person product demonstrations and support suture trials within target hospital accounts.
  • Utilize self-generated leads and those supplied by the company's Inside Sales function to drive sales growth.
  • Contribute to a variety of activities to ensure hospital-wide success, including sharing customer insights, administrative tender processes, inventory management, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments in wound closure solutions.

Requirements:

  • Must have experience of working in the operating theatre environment in a similar product sales or clinical support role.
  • Prior orthopedic procedure knowledge and working relationships would be beneficial.
  • Should have a good understanding of the local healthcare market.
  • Outstanding communication and engagement skills, with a persistent, target-focused, self-motivated approach.
  • Nursing qualification, or University degree (or equivalent) in healthcare, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Full UK driving license holder with the willingness to travel throughout your allocated region as required.
