About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce and Marketing Manager to join our team at Live - Digital and Marketing Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in leading our online proposition and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Ecommerce and marketing strategy that aligns with business goals to drive lead generation, sales growth, and overall revenue.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Purchasing, Commercial and Retail Managers, and Product Management teams, to create effective product range strategies.
  • Take ownership of a multi-channel campaign plan and calendar, covering all paid digital channels, email marketing CRM, and Ecommerce promotions, to ensure cross-functional visibility and coordination.
  • Regularly analyze and report on the performance of Ecommerce and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the Ecommerce and marketing P&L, ensuring effective allocation of budget and resources to meet ROI objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team, optimizing the use of individual skills.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in an Ecommerce/marketing role, ideally within a similar B2B/B2C environment, is essential.
  • Strong commercial expertise, with a deep understanding of the marketing funnel and its application for driving growth, is required.
  • Proficiency in digital platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing strategies is a must.
  • Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization are necessary.
  • Proven experience in team management, with the ability to motivate and engage team members, is essential.
  • Experience in aligning stock management and operations with the broader Ecommerce strategy is required.
  • A highly analytical and methodical approach, with strong attention to detail and the ability to use data for decision-making and problem-solving, is essential.
  • Ideally, candidates will hold a relevant degree and possess CIM and IDM accreditations.
  • Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
