About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team at Live - Digital and Marketing Recruitment. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in leading our online proposition and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement a Comprehensive Digital Strategy
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to create effective product range strategies that align with business goals.
- Develop and implement a multi-channel campaign plan and calendar to ensure cross-functional visibility and coordination.
- Drive Revenue Growth
- Regularly analyze and report on the performance of digital initiatives to inform future strategies.
- Manage the digital P&L, ensuring effective allocation of budget and resources to meet ROI objectives.
- Lead and Develop the Marketing Team
- Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team, optimizing the use of individual skills.
- Optimize Conversion Rates
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize conversion rates and improve customer experience.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in an ecommerce/marketing role, ideally within a similar B2B/B2C environment.
- Strong commercial expertise, with a deep understanding of the marketing funnel and its application for driving growth.
- Proficiency in digital platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing strategies.
- Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Proven experience in team management, with the ability to motivate and engage team members.
- A highly analytical and methodical approach, with strong attention to detail and the ability to use data for decision-making and problem-solving.
