Assistant Operations Manager

This role is pivotal in managing a skilled team of forestry professionals, including supervisors and machine operators, to strategically plan and execute safe and efficient timber harvesting operations that align with our sales objectives. The successful candidate will spearhead this function, promote collaboration with various teams, and manage timber supply agreements with clients.

Our regional operations are supported by multiple offices and facilities, ensuring we effectively bring over 660,000 cubic meters of timber to market each year while restocking more than 1,200 hectares. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional recreational amenities, managing vital conservation areas and native woodlands, and actively participating in woodland creation initiatives.

To excel in this position, candidates should possess substantial experience in contemporary commercial forestry practices.
