Working as part of an Area Team in Service, to support the Field Operations by managing and maintaining the service hubs to provide tooling support to the Technicians. To be responsible for hubs in area and maintain daily contact with regional planner and supervisor in relation to planned work, delays due to parts or tooling issues.
**Responsibilities**
- Inventory management - GR, stock transfers, consumption to WTG, availability of parts and tools, maintaining SAP data
- Tools management - order, usage log (in /out), inspection, replacement, calibration, special tools, returns
- NCR creator and follow up with supply chain for feedback/resolutions
- Coordinating transport / vehicle maintenance in line with business processes
- Use of all lifting equipment available at the service base, e.g. hand truck, forklift, hydraulic platform, etc,
- Maintaining files appropriate to the activities of the unit, such as delivery notes, invoices, order numbers, receiving dates, shipping dates etc
**Qualifications**
- Experience within similar role
- Skilled user in Word, Excel and SAP
- Efficiency in English
- Driving license
- Willingness to travel on regular basis, including nights away from home
- Cross cultural insight and understanding
