Newcross Healthcare is committed to delivering exceptional in-home care to adults in Scotland. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Community Care Worker to join our team in Inverness.

As a Community Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing personalized care that meets the unique needs and wishes of our clients. Your role will involve supporting clients with daily tasks, promoting independence, and offering companionship. With a competitive salary range of £19.44 per hour, this role offers financial rewards and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with our clients and their families.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK
  • The ability to assist clients with limited mobility comfortably
  • The right to work in the UK
  • This position requires applicants to be registered with Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable access to a personal vehicle
  • Experience with complex care (desired, but not essential as full training will be provided)
