Inverness Community Support Worker

About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Practitioner in Inverness. Your responsibilities will include:
? Supporting individuals to engage with their communities
? Assisting with daily living tasks and providing emotional support
? Building strong relationships with service users and their families
The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. As an Outreach worker, you will receive full training prior to starting, including classroom-based sessions, e-learning, and the opportunity to shadow current Support Practitioners. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and make a positive difference in someone's life, all while being fully supported to achieve your SVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care in-house. Please note that flexibility is required, as shifts can vary from early, back and late starting from 8am until 9pm.
We have a great opportunity to support three individuals in their shared accommodation, and we are excited to welcome the right candidate to our team.
