About the Role:


We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Support Practitioner in Inverness. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing respite care to individuals with caring responsibilities, allowing them to take a well-deserved break.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Providing 1-5 hour respite care visits to individuals in their own homes
  • Building strong relationships with carers and individuals, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Delivering high-quality person-centred support, promoting independence and well-being
  • Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service delivery


What We Offer:



  • 35 days holiday per year, rising to 40 with service (pro-rata)
  • Paid travel time and additional mileage contributions of 45p per mile
