Home Health Practitioner

We are looking for experienced and caring professionals to join our Inverness team as Care Practitioners.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Care Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services, prioritising the needs and preferences of each individual. Your main duties will include:
- Supporting individuals with personal care needs, mobility, medication, and dietary requirements, respecting their autonomy and dignity.
- Maintaining accurate records in accordance with HHC policies and procedures.
- Participating in job-related training and review meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Adhering to HHC policies and procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and quality.
- Understanding and applying risk assessments relevant to your role within HHC.
