About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled and motivated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team as a Clinical Homecare Nurse. You will work closely with patients in their own homes, at work, or at school, providing high-quality 1-2-1 care and delivering medical treatments such as IV infusions, home parenteral nutrition treatments, and intramuscular and subcutaneous injections.

Salary: £22 - £35 per hour, paid on a monthly basis, depending on the day of the week and bank holidays.

Responsibilities and Requirements

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Visiting patients in their homes, at work, or at school to deliver medical treatments.
  • Training patients on how to administer their own medication safely and effectively.
  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A valid NMC PIN.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Experience working as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
