Job Overview:

Randstad Care is seeking a highly skilled Care Home Support Professional to join their team. As a care home support professional, you will be working with vulnerable adults in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing day-to-day support to adults in a residential setting
  • Assisting with activities, appointments, and family contact
  • Engaging and encouraging individuals to participate in activities and form structure
  • Reporting incidents and maintaining accurate records
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of service users

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting adults in a residential setting
  • Ability to work with colleagues to de-escalate challenging situations
  • Knowledge of de-escalation techniques and incident reporting
  • Sound communication and judgment skills
  • Capacity to maintain personal and professional boundaries
