About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team in Southern Inverness.

As a Support Professional, you will be working with two young men with complex autism, providing support and care in their residential homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as medication administration and household chores
  • Supporting individuals with leisure activities, such as exercise and hobbies
  • Maintaining a safe and supportive environment
