Support Practitioner

We are looking for a skilled Support Practitioner - Adults to join our outreach service in Inverness. As a Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing social and practical support to individuals in their shared accommodation, promoting independence and confidence.
You will work closely with our team to plan and attend outings to various leisure activities, assist with daily household tasks, and encourage individuals to engage with their communities.
We offer a competitive salary of around £22,000 per year, plus a TRFS rewards scheme (cash-back and discounts at various retailers) and Refer a Friend scheme - £150 bonus.
