Job Title: Female Only Support Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Only Support Practitioner to join our team at Highland Home Carers. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals to live as independently as possible within their own homes.

About the Role:
  • Your primary responsibility will be to provide emotional and practical support to our service users, assisting them with daily living activities such as shopping, cooking, and personal care.
  • You will work closely with our support plans to ensure that each individual's physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Maintaining accurate records and attending training sessions will also be an essential part of your role.
Main Duties:
  1. Support individuals with minimal personal care needs, respecting their choice and dignity at all times.
  2. Contribute to enhancing people we support with daily living skills, including domestic duties and social activities.
  3. Adhere to our company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
