About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Support Practitioner to join our team in Inverness. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily lives, helping them to maintain their independence and engage with their communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Support: Assist individuals to engage with their communities by planning and attending outings to leisure activities such as day centres, cinema, swimming etc.
  • Practical Support: Help people to maintain their tenancy by encouraging daily household tasks such as general housework, laundry, ironing, cooking, shopping.
