Lead Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Care Coordinator to join our team in Inverness. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for coordinating care services, mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and hold or be willing to work towards their SVQ Level 3. The salary for this position is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role
  • Coordinate care services to meet the needs of individuals.
  • Mentor and support staff in their roles and responsibilities.
  • Liaise with external agencies to ensure seamless support.
