Residential Care Team Coordinator

Barchester Healthcare is a leading provider of care homes in the UK, offering high-quality residential, nursing, and dementia care. We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Care Home Assistant Administrator to join our team in Inverness.
As a Care Home Assistant Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, handling various tasks such as answering phone calls, maintaining files, and supporting staff members. You will also be required to meet and greet visitors, engage with residents, and show prospective clients and their families around the care home.
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a genuine interest in caring for others. If you have experience in administration and customer service, this could be the ideal opportunity for you to join our team and contribute to providing high-quality care and support to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Providing administrative support to management team members
- Greeting visitors and engaging with residents
- Supporting prospective clients and their families
Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
