Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Adult Care and Support Specialist to join our team at Randstad Care. In this role, you will provide high-level support to vulnerable adults in a residential setting, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing day-to-day support to residents, including assistance with activities and appointments
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting incidents

  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Experience working with vulnerable adults in a residential setting

  • Capacity to maintain personal and professional boundaries
  • Willingness to undergo training and development opportunities

Salary and Benefits:

  • Estimated annual salary: £37,500 - £42,000 (dependent on experience)
