Job Title: Education Support Worker

Location: Lochardil Primary School, Inverness

Hours: 20 Hours Per Week

Duration: Permanent

Salary: £12,234 - £13,401 (unqualified), £13,589 - £14,882 (qualified)

As an Education Support Worker, you will be working as a valued member of the childcare team, supporting the Head Teacher in delivering engaging activities in a safe and stimulating environment that meet the needs of children and their families.

The successful candidate will work in accordance with Highland Council policies, guidelines, and codes of practice.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a recognized qualification in Childcare and Education. Alternatively, you can commit to working towards this award within an agreed timescale and will be paid on grade HC0435, Education Support Worker 1.

Qualifications in Food Handling and First Aid are desirable.
