Our experienced teams of staff create a supportive environment where children can grow and participate in educational activities, community projects, and achieve their goals.
We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Support Professional to join our team in Inverness, working 37.5 hours per week in a residential house for up to five young people.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our young people's daily activities, including education, hobbies, and interests such as outdoor sporting activities and attending fun groups.
This position involves working on a residential rota, which includes evenings, weekends, nights, and public holidays. Shifts are set on a monthly basis, but may be altered occasionally to suit the needs of the service.

£25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
