Job Title: Residential Care Worker

We are looking for an experienced Care Assistant to join our team at Meallmore's care home in Culduthel, Inverness.

Salary: £12.00 - £12.10 per hour (depending on experience) + overtime rates + benefits

Job Description

Your role will involve:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to residents, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs.
  • Participating in daily routines, such as assisting with personal care, meals, and medication administration.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Engaging with residents and their families to build strong relationships and promote trust.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • SVQ level 2 or above in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature.
