Job Responsibilities

A competitive salary of £24,500 per annum, plus benefits package, is on offer for this exciting role. As a Patient Care Advocate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing emotional support and advocacy for residents and their families
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and maintaining a safe and clean environment
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident

Person Specification

To be successful in this role, you will need:
