About the Role

As a Care Support Worker at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents. You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help create memorable moments for our residents.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including free training and development opportunities, access to wellbeing and support tools, and retail discounts and savings. Additionally, you will be eligible for our Refer a Friend bonus scheme, Employee of the Month rewards, and Long Service Awards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have some experience of caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a can-do approach. Your empathy and warm-hearted nature will shine through, and you will have the compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support to all our residents.
