About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Team Leader to join our team at CrossReach. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Service Manager with the day-to-day operations of our Residential Care Home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Service Manager in leading the care team and ensuring a safe, effective, and efficient care service is consistently delivered.
  • Work alongside the Manager to step in for them when necessary and provide supervision to the care team.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure the needs of our residents are met and their independence is supported.

Requirements:

  • Experience at a senior care level, preferably with an SVQ Level 3 in Social Services or Health Care.
  • Strong understanding of the needs of our residents and the ability to work within our Christian Ethos.
  • Ability to undertake necessary vetting checks and apply for a Disclosure Scotland Basic check.
