**Job Title:** Bank Night Care Assistant

**Role Overview**

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. Your strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with residents will be essential in ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

**Responsibilities**
  1. Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks.
  2. Assist with meal preparation and serving, ensuring residents receive nutritious meals and snacks.
  3. Engage residents in activities and provide companionship, promoting a sense of community and well-being.
  4. Monitor and record residents' progress, reporting any concerns or changes to colleagues and management.
**Salary and Benefits**

**Requirements**
