Care Professional Wanted

Meallmore, a prominent care services provider in the Scottish Highlands, is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join their team at Daviot Care Home.

This is a unique opportunity for individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional care and support to residents affected by general frailty, dementia, and mental health conditions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure high-quality care and support are delivered in accordance with individual care plans.
  • Establish a positive and supportive environment, participating in daily activities.
  • Maintain compliance with Meallmore's standards, policies, and procedures, as well as national care standards.
  • Work in accordance with the SSSC codes of practice.
  • Collaborate with care staff within the department and across teams.
  • Provide personal care services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Working towards qualification to meet SSSC registration requirements.
  • SVQ level 2 or above/equivalent in Health and Social Care (as per SSSC guidelines).
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A caring and empathetic nature.
