Resident Care Advocate

Meallmore, a prominent care services provider in the Scottish Highlands, is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join their team at Daviot Care Home.
This is a unique opportunity for individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional care and support to residents affected by general frailty, dementia, and mental health conditions.
Main Responsibilities:- Ensure high-quality care and support are delivered in accordance with individual care plans.
- Establish a positive and supportive environment, participating in daily activities.
- Maintain compliance with Meallmore's standards, policies, and procedures, as well as national care standards.
- Work in accordance with the SSSC codes of practice.
- Collaborate with care staff within the department and across teams.
- Provide personal care services.
- Working towards qualification to meet SSSC registration requirements.
- SVQ level 2 or above/equivalent in Health and Social Care (as per SSSC guidelines).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring and empathetic nature.
- We offer a competitive hourly rate: £12.00 - £12.10 per hour.
