Job Details

We are recruiting for Support Workers in southern Inverness to support two young men with complex autism. The successful candidates will work full-time (42 hours) or bank shifts, with opportunities for career development and progression.

Salary: £12.50 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with complex autism in daily life, including physical activities and leisure pursuits
  • Assist with medication administration and personal care
  • Maintain the homes and finances of the individuals we support
Requirements

  • A strong work ethic and reliability
  • Patience, empathy, and compassion for others
  • Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, preferably with autism
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills
