This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Community Care Worker in Inverness, Scotland. As a Community Care Worker, you will be delivering high-quality care to adults in their own homes, providing support with daily tasks, companionship, and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Offering companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Supporting clients to maintain their independence, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives.
  • Administering medication safely and effectively, in accordance with client needs.
  • Providing specialist clinical care, including handling complex medical conditions and supporting clients with life-limiting illnesses.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £14.35-£20.44 per hour, depending on shift and location.
