About the Role:
Your responsibilities as a Support Practitioner could include:
? Social Support - Providing assistance to individuals to engage with their communities by planning and attending outings to various leisure activities such as day centres, cinema, swimming etc.
? Practical Support - Assisting with daily living tasks and providing emotional support to individuals in need.
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. You must be flexible, as shifts vary from early, back and late starting from 8am until 9pm. Training is provided prior to starting, including classroom-based sessions, e-learning, and the opportunity to shadow current Support Practitioners.
We have a great opportunity to support three individuals in their shared accommodation. As an Outreach worker, you will be fully supported to achieve your SVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care in-house, which is fully financed by us.
