We're looking for an Adult Outreach Worker to join our team in Inverness, where you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team making a real difference in people's lives.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in community outreach and social care. With no prior experience necessary, our comprehensive training program will provide you with the tools and confidence to succeed.

As an Adult Outreach Worker, you'll work closely with individuals to help them engage with their communities, while also providing essential practical support to maintain their independence.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Help individuals participate in leisure activities and engage with their communities.
  2. Provide practical support with daily household tasks to maintain tenancy.
