Job Title: Support Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Practitioner. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with individuals who require support with daily living tasks and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Social Support: Assist individuals to engage with their communities by planning and attending outings to leisure activities such as day centres, cinema, and swimming.

Personal Care: Provide support with daily living tasks to ensure individuals' physical and emotional well-being.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes a range of employee discounts and rewards. Our award-winning learning & development team will also invest in your qualifications and provide full training prior to starting.
