As a Community Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health needs in their shared accommodation.

Your responsibilities will include providing social support, assisting with daily household tasks, and encouraging individuals to engage with their communities through leisure activities.

">

You will be flexible and able to work varied shifts, including early morning, afternoon, and late evening sessions. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality care and support, and we are looking for someone who shares our values.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £28,500 per annum, along with a range of benefits including TRFS rewards scheme, refer-a-friend scheme, and employee forum.
