About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team in southern Inverness, providing care and support to two young men with complex autism. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others.

About the Individuals

The two individuals we support are active and require staff who are physically fit to support them with various activities, including walking, gym sessions, trampolining, swimming, and horse riding. They also enjoy visiting family, playing Nintendo, watching YouTube, cooking, drawing, playing, and listening to music, as well as spending time in the great outdoors.

Requirements
  • Previous experience supporting individuals with complex needs is highly desirable.
  • A strong work ethic, patience, empathy, and compassion are essential qualities for this role.
  • Reliability, honesty, and determination are also key attributes required for success.
Benefits
