About the Role:

Your responsibilities as a Community Support Specialist may include:

  • Social Support - Assisting individuals to participate in community activities, such as outings to leisure centers, cinemas, or swimming pools.
  • Personal Care - Supporting individuals to maintain their well-being by promoting personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, arranging visits to healthcare professionals, and managing incontinence.
  • Practical Support - Helping individuals to maintain their tenancies by encouraging daily household tasks, such as general housework, laundry, ironing, cooking, and shopping.
