Complex Care Advocate

We are currently recruiting for a Complex Care Advocate to join our team in southern Inverness. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of two young men with complex autism, supporting them to live independently in their own homes.
As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing physical and emotional support, engaging in activities such as trampolining, swimming, and horse riding. You will also assist with daily tasks, including medication administration, personal care, and maintaining their homes and finances.
The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, patience, and empathy when interacting with our clients. Previous experience supporting individuals with complex autism is highly desirable, but not essential. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure our staff feel confident and equipped to make a positive impact on the lives of those we support.
