Care Manager Professional

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland seeks an experienced Care Manager to lead our Highland services. This is a unique opportunity to develop and implement strategies that promote quality outcomes for individuals with complex needs.
You will oversee the management of Complex Learning Disabilities, Autism, Physical Disabilities, and Mental Health services, working closely with the Area Manager to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years management experience in a relevant field
- SVQ Level 3 in Care or equivalent, with SVQ Level 4 in Care/Management being desirable
- Professional Development Award in Positive Behavioural Support or willingness to undertake this
- Driver and access to a vehicle
