Job Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, providing support and companionship as needed.
  • Foster a positive and respectful atmosphere, promoting dignity and independence among residents.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience of caring for older people, preferably in a care home setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality care.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, prioritizing resident needs and safety.
