We are currently seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team at one of our care homes in Inverness.
Job Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily living activities, providing support and companionship as needed.
- Foster a positive and respectful atmosphere, promoting dignity and independence among residents.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Experience of caring for older people, preferably in a care home setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality care.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, prioritizing resident needs and safety.
- Competitive rate of pay (£18,500 - £20,000 per annum).
