**Job Opportunity: Senior Healthcare Practitioner**

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Senior Healthcare Practitioner to join our team at Daviot Care Home in Inverness.

As a Senior Healthcare Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, working closely with the care team to develop and implement individual care plans.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading by example in providing exceptional care and support
  • Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with the care team
  • Mentoring and supporting new staff members to ensure they meet the required standards

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • SVQ level 3 or above in Health and Social Care (as per SSSC guidelines)
  • Proven leadership and management skills to motivate and inspire the care team
