About the Role

As a Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents. Your key responsibility will be to assist with daily living tasks, providing companionship and promoting independence.

You'll work closely with our team to ensure that each resident receives personalized care, tailored to their individual needs and preferences. This may involve supporting with personal care, managing medication, and assisting with mobility and transfers.

Your Skills and Qualities

We're looking for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and has experience working with older adults. You'll need excellent communication skills, empathy, and a warm approachable nature.
