Dementia Care Specialist Role

  • Developing and delivering person-centered care plans to support residents with dementia
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents and their families
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery

This role requires experience working with individuals with dementia and a strong understanding of best practices in dementia care. We offer a competitive salary of £10.00 per hour, free training and development opportunities, and access to wellbeing and support tools.
