Support Practitioner for Adults with Learning Disabilities

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Adult Support Worker to join our team at Highland Home Carers. As a Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities in their own homes.
About the Role:
- You will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide person-centered support to our service users.
- Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, and supporting individuals with daily living activities.
- You will also be required to maintain accurate records and submit reports as necessary.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- A SVQ 2 in Social Care or willingness to work towards this qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work flexibly and provide cover for other Support Practitioners when needed.
Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £12-£13.50 per hour, paid weekly.
