Care and Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our team at Cheshire House Inverness, a residential service providing support to adults with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to our customers, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.
- Assist with daily life tasks, including medication management and meal preparation.
- Escort and support customers to external events and appointments, promoting their independence and autonomy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer care and support.
