Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and caring support professional to join our team in the Highlands area. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities to achieve their personal goals and live independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and implement innovative support plans, tailored to each individual's needs and goals.
  • Build strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support.
Requirements
  • No previous experience or qualifications required; full training provided.
  • Compassionate, caring, and confident individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Self-starter with high motivation and ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, embracing our values and vision.
